When the pre-sale commercial house priced according to the set (unit) is actually delivered, the house type is consistent with the design drawing, and the relevant dimensions are within the error range agreed in the pre-sale contract, the total price remains unchanged. If the set type is inconsistent with the design drawings or the relevant dimensions exceed the agreed error range, it shall be dealt with in the manner agreed in the contract; if the contract is not agreed, the parties shall negotiate and resolve; if the negotiation fails, it may apply for arbitration or initiate a civil lawsuit in accordance with the law.

Article 50 A real estate development enterprise delivering pre-sale commercial houses shall meet the following conditions:

Article 51 If a project that has obtained a pre-sale permit for commercial housing is transferred in accordance with the law, the project assignee shall apply for a pre-sale permit in accordance with Article 30 of these Measures. The original real estate development enterprise shall notify the pre-purchaser in writing within 10 days from the date of signing the project transfer contract, and the pre-purchaser has the right to terminate the pre-sale contract within 30 days from the date of receipt of the written notice.

If the pre-purchaser does not terminate the pre-sale contract, the rights and obligations of the original real estate development enterprise stipulated in the pre-sale contract shall be borne by the project assignee.
